About CourierPlot

Our service

CourierPlot provides local courier booking and package delivery for individuals and businesses. Our initial service territory is Gwinnett County, Georgia. We plan our routes and operating capacity locally, and may expand to additional markets in the future.

We focus on documents, ordinary business packages, office supplies, retail items and other eligible shipments requiring a scheduled or time-sensitive handoff.

How it works

Customers enter pickup and destination details, describe the package, and request a service level. We verify eligibility, pricing and courier availability before confirming a delivery. Once assigned, the delivery moves through pickup, transportation and documented handoff.

Available service times, delivery coverage and pricing depend on current capacity. We do not guarantee immediate pickup merely because a request has been submitted.

Company-managed operations

CourierPlot is designed as a company-managed delivery operation, not an open gig-driver marketplace. Courier assignments, tracking records, delivery evidence and exceptions are managed through our logistics application.

We currently operate with a limited launch capacity. We do not promise unlimited courier availability or claim coverage we cannot provide.

Our commitments

We aim to communicate clearly, protect shipment information, disclose estimated pricing before payment, maintain a record of package custody and give customers an accessible way to ask questions or report issues. Unforeseen delays, traffic and circumstances outside our control may affect pickup or delivery windows.

Where we serve

Our launch area covers Gwinnett County routes and nearby cross-county requests subject to dispatch review. Our brand is not limited to that county; new territories may be added after operational review. See the booking form for current service eligibility.
