POLICIES & TRUST
Terms of Service
Terms governing requests, quotations, package custody, payment and use of the CourierPlot website and application.
These terms explain how the service operates and what to expect. Read the applicable policies before submitting a delivery request.
Agreement and eligibility
By using our booking services, you agree to these terms and the linked delivery and refund policies. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement, provide accurate information and have the authority to send the package. The person submitting an order is responsible for ensuring the shipment can lawfully be carried.
Requests are not acceptance
Submitting a request or receiving an estimated price does not guarantee service. We may reject or request changes to any shipment based on capacity, geography, address accuracy, package eligibility, safety, payment status or service requirements. A booking becomes confirmed only when CourierPlot explicitly confirms it under the applicable workflow.
Prices, additional services and payment
Prices may vary by route, service level, waiting time, return distance, package details and special handling. Any additional charge requiring your authorization will be presented for review when practicable. Payment must be confirmed through an approved method before dispatch when required. Taxes or third-party fees may apply where legally required. Do not send payment card details through messages.
Sender responsibilities
Securely package and accurately describe items; confirm legal ownership/authority; provide a safe accessible pickup point; supply correct recipient contact information; remove prohibited contents; and ensure someone authorized can tender the package. We may decline packages whose contents, size, weight or condition differ materially from the booking.
Recipient and delivery requirements
Recipients may need to be available, present a verification code or sign for the shipment. Proof of delivery may include the receiving name, time, signature or a permitted image. We may decline an unsafe handoff. Failed handoffs may result in rescheduling, return service or additional fees subject to the stated policy and any applicable legal restrictions.
Pickup and delivery windows
Quoted times are estimates unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly agreed. Road conditions, weather, closures, safety issues, incorrect instructions, package handling and courier capacity can affect performance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
Loss, damage and claims
Please report a missing or damaged shipment promptly, include its reference, a description of the contents, declared value, supporting photos and reasonable proof of value. Liability for loss or damage depends on applicable law, agreed shipment terms, any purchased coverage and the facts of the event. CourierPlot does not promise insurance coverage or a fixed reimbursement limit unless a specific written policy or shipment agreement states it. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Accounts and access
Keep passwords and private tracking links secure. Do not impersonate another sender or recipient, attempt to view other users' shipments, automate abusive requests, interfere with app security or misuse GPS/dispatch data. We may restrict accounts or refuse service where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or policy enforcement.
Cancellations, exceptions and returns
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellations & Refunds policy. A collected package cannot be treated as simply cancelled; it must be delivered, returned or otherwise disposed of through a documented and lawful process. Do not abandon shipments.
Service interruptions and changes
We may change service territory, business hours, prices, integrations or service availability. Material changes to an accepted paid booking will be communicated where reasonably possible. Third-party payment, mapping and message providers may experience interruptions beyond our control.
Governing law and questions
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, service agreements are interpreted under Georgia law. Disputes should first be raised through our Contact page so that we can review shipment and transaction records. These terms do not waive applicable consumer or statutory protections.
